FAQ’s

Do you run a shuttle service from the Savannah Airport?
No, we offer individual transportation. Either Taxi or Executive class vehicles. Either way your party will have its own driver and private vehicle.

What areas do you service?
We service Bluffton / Hilton Head Island, Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA.
 
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are strongly recommended to insure pick up at your required time.
 
What information will I need in order to make a reservation?
For arrival reservations, we require exact flight information (for the last leg of your itinerary) including carrier and flight number. For Savannah only pick-ups, we also require a credit card as well as the exact destination address. A cellular or local phone number is also required.
 
How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?
Reservations for a Savannah pick up are required at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
 
Why is it so important that I give my flight number?
We track flights and want to insure that a driver will be available when you arrive.
 
What happens if my flight is delayed, cancelled or changed?
It is imperative that you keep us posted of your travel updates by calling dispatch. Our drivers will wait a reasonable amount of time should you be delayed (usually at least one hour). If your flight number changes all-together, or you will be delayed longer than one hour please contact dispatch office immediately by calling 1-843-683-7348. Failure to contact dispatch may result in your driver leaving for his next pick up and your account being charged as a no-show.
 
Do you pickup for very early departures and very late arrivals? What are your hours of operation?
We are open every day but Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We can accommodate after hours departures and arrivals with advance notice (24 hours is preferred). After hours pick-ups may have additional fees applied. Please discuss the amount with dispatch when booking. 
 
How long is the drive from the Savannah Airport to Hilton Head Island?
The drive is approximately 1 hour from the Savannah Airport to the Hilton Head Bridge.
 
If I book a van or executive vehicle service from the Savannah Airport, where will I meet the driver?
The driver will meet you at the bottom of the escalator entrance to baggage claim. He will have a sign with your name (or company name). If you do not see the driver, please contact dispatch at 843-683-7348
 
If I take a van, or executive vehicle back to the Savannah airport, how much time should I allow?
Typically leaving 2 hours in advance to the flight departure time will ensure at least an hour check in at the Airport prior to departure. Time of day and time of year are two considerations in making the pickup time more than 2 hours in advance.
 
Is the gratuity included in your price for services? 
Gratuities are always at the customer's discretion, though a minimum 20% is standard.
 
What credit cards do you accept? 
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
 
Do you provide car seats? 
Yes, we provide car seats upon request.
 
Is there a charge for pets? 
No, we strongly suggest they remain in approved carriers for their safety.
 
Do you have handicapped accessible vehicles?
No.
 
Do you run service from the Hilton Head Airport?
Yes. Reservations are recommended for services to / from the Hilton Head Airport.
 
If I take a van, or executive vehicle back to the Hilton Head airport, how much time should I allow?
Usually a minimum 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to flight departure is sufficient for the Hilton Head Airport.
 
Where will the driver meet me in the Hilton Head Airport?
The driver will meet you as you come through the screening area with a sign with your name (or company name).
 
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 2 hours notice prior to arrival for cancellation. Please call 1-843-683-7348 to cancel. A cancellation made less than 2 hours may result in your account being charged up to and including the full amount of the price booked.
